I was delighted to be asked to attend the launch event of Voice Black Country at Tipton and give my support to the initiative.

Voice Black Country is an innovative project aimed at raising the standards of Oracy across the four Black Country authorities ensuring that young people communicate more freely and more often.

I am extremely pleased that Ryders Hayes School in Pelsall is participating in the initiative as it will help increase the life chances of children as they are able to learn to express themselves with greater confidence. The project will have a lasting impact and I am therefore pleased one of our local schools has been able to take part in the project in its initial stages.
