It was a pleasure to meet with Managing Director Sarah Lawler and other staff representatives at the One Stop Head Office in Brownhills.
The One Stop site in Brownhills employs more than 500 staff and services over 1,000 stores nationwide.
It was good to hear more about the business and to discuss some to the current challenges in the retail sector amongst their customer base. In particular I was interested to hear that amongst One Stop customers food waste was of concern and that is certainly an issue I will be raising as part of my Westminster Hall Debate later this week when talking about Food Security.
It was a great visit and thank you to Sarah and the team. The Head Office is a very valuable part of the Brownhills community.
