It was a truly memorable Jubilee weekend right across my Aldridge-Brownhills Constituency.
I was delighted to be able to attend so many events in Aldridge, Brownhills, Pelsall, Shelfield, Rushall, Streetly and High Heath and was overwhelmed by the strength of community spirit and dedication to pay service and thanks to Her Majesty The Queen for 70 years of glorious service to the nation and the Commonwealth.
Thank you to everybody who organised fun days, street parties, tree planting, flower festivals, afternoon teas, church services and of course the Beacon lighting.
I was extremely proud to be able to attend all of your events as we came together to celebrate and say “Thank you Ma’am”.
