| With the sun shining on saturday it was the perfect weather for a summer fayre!
I had a lovely afternoon calling into the summer event at St Johns Church Walsall Wood where I was joined by local Councillors Mandy Parkes and Keith Sears. There was a friendly and fun atmosphere for all to enjoy and as is usual at such events I left with an armful of homemade cakes and biscuits and a book for my summer reading list! I was very tempted by the fantastic plant stall too – maybe next time! Well done to Rev Lisa and everyone for organising this. |
