Britain’s farmers, both locally and nationally are the backbone of our communities and our national food security, but they are facing unprecedented pressure.
That’s why I have joined colleagues in signing a joint letter to the Prime Minister, calling for a full reversal of the damaging “Family Farm Tax” (changes to Agricultural Property Relief).
With thousands of rural businesses struggling and investment stalling, the Government must take real action in the upcoming Autumn Budget to protect family farms for future generations.
