On a recent visit to family run Planters Pacific in Streetly I was delighted to meet with Gerald Ingram and some of his team for a look behind the scenes in the world of horticulture and learn more about the industry.
It was a glorious day when I visited, and after a walk through the Deli Farm Shop and Gift Shop it was a real pleasure to see the Garden Centre where most of the plants are home-grown and where the team were keen to share their knowledge and passion about plants and gardening. May is certainly a busy time for gardening and gardeners!
No visit to Planters Pacific would of course be complete without dropping by the cafe for coffee and home-made cake – delicious! 🧁☕️
