Across Aldridge-Brownhills our High Streets and Village Centres lie at the heart of our communities, creating jobs, nurturing small businesses and injecting money into our economy.
As the Member of Parliament for Aldridge-Brownhills I am working with West Midlands Mayor Andy Street to help our High Streets adapt and meet new challenges. I am therefore pleased to see that the Government has now committed an additional £675 million nationally to help our High Streets, and I will be actively encouraging Walsall Council to express interest in applying to the Government’s Future High Streets Fund.
