It was great to visit Rebecca and her team at Nova Training in Brownhills recently. I really enjoyed meeting with some of their learners and hearing about the training and study programmes on offer as a route into apprenticeships and employment.
It was also really good to hear about the SWAPs programme in conjunction with the DWP for adult learners. The programme provides support and guides those seeking to gain or improve their qualifications and learn new skills to gain employment.
