I was delighted to attend the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast in Westminster Hall yesterday where I was able to welcome Pastor Stephen Hope of Pelsall Evangelical Church to Parliament.
The annual Prayer Breakfast is a significant tradition in the parliamentary calendar. It recognises the vital role that Christianity continues to play in the national life of our country and provides a meaningful opportunity for church leaders and faith groups from the UK to come together in fellowship and reflection.
