I was delighted to meet with Reverend Mandy Walker from All Saints Church at the end of last week and catch up on all the hard work her and her team of volunteers have been undertaking to support large numbers of residents across the Streetly area throughout the Covid-19 lock down.
Reverend Walker and all of her superb volunteers have been pivotal in ensuring that people have been supported with food and phone calls to ensure that people were not isolated or alone as a result of the restrictions we have had to endure since the end of March.
It was lovely to catch up with Mandy and hear all the news and I would like to say a very big thank you to her and her team for everything they have done and continue to do to support so many people across Streetly.
