It was truly inspiring to join Marie Curie in Parliament for their Great Daffodil Appeal and talk with some of their team. Meeting Marie Curie nurses, volunteers, and supporters, including Larry Lamb, highlighted the real difference they make.
The #GreatDaffodilAppeal is a powerful way to support Marie Curie in providing compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring people in our community experience their final days with dignity and comfort. Sadly, the need for this care is growing, and too many are still left without it.
Marie Curie is working tirelessly to secure greater investment in community-based palliative care, better support for families and carers, and an end to dying in poverty.
