Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic we have all seen an increase in neighbourliness – from clapping for our carers to placing rainbows in our windows, shopping for our neighbours or making the time to call and speak to people on a more regular basis.

Last week I visited ‘H’ and Jodie at the High Heath Hub. The High Heath Hub has been at the centre of the local community response to the pandemic, providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for our care homes and now they are helping our Churches and Community Groups who are opening their doors with supplies of free PPE.

‘H’, Jodie and all the family are at the heart of the High Heath community all year round, but they have risen to the challenges throughout the pandemic and I would like to thank them for all their continued support for High Heath and the wider community.
