I am pleased that Lichfield District Council have rejected the planning application for 100 properties on Green Belt at Little Aston Park Road.
Along with Councillor Amanda Parkes I attended a public Meeting at the end of May to support local residents because of the impact that this proposed development would have had on Streetly.
As you know I am continuing my campaign to save our Green Belt and that is why last week I wrote to the new Prime Minister to call on him to revise the Government’s housing targets and get rid of this ridiculous term ’Grey Belt’.
Our campaign continues but I am pleased to have supported the Little Aston Green Belt Protection Group.
