It’s good to hear the news that here in Aldridge-Brownhills we are to benefit from the £68million of Government funding announced for new and improved multi-sports grassroot facilities across the UK. Grassroots facilities are essential for nurturing future sporting talent and encouraging people to get active which benefits their physical and mental wellbeing, and here in the constituency we have 3 groups benefitting from this funding, ensuring people have access to high quality grassroots sports facilities and nurturing the sports talent of the future.
