As many of you saw from my post earlier today, I was lucky enough to hop on a special train from Walsall straight to London Euston, passing through Aldridge.
It truly showed what is possible for our community. Where there is a will, there is a way! Reinstating train services to Aldridge would open endless doors, from new jobs and educational opportunities to better connectivity for everyone in my Aldridge-Brownhills Constituency.
Straight after getting off the train at Euston, I went directly to Number 10 to make our case to the Prime Minister.
I am fighting to make this a reality. Let’s hope the PM and his West Midlands Mayor are listening.
