It was great to meet students at Aldridge School and be able to participate in a question and answer session to assist with their Citizenship coursework.
In the 60-minute session I was grilled on various social policy matters such as tackling homelessness, and poverty, as well as life at Westminster as an MP, and the workings of Parliament.
It was a pleasure to meet with the students and give my perspective as well as talk about topical issues that were of interest to them.
