The Coronation of Her Majesty the Queen in 1953 saw the discovery of Coronation Chicken and last year the creation of the Platinum Jubilee Pudding. This year I am inviting keen bakers across Aldridge-Brownhills to submit their recipe for a sweet treat and a photograph of their creation for my Coronation Recipe Collection.
A selection from my Coronation Recipe Collection will be available to view online from the 4th May 2023 to kickstart a weekend of Coronation Activities across Aldridge-Brownhills.
