Thank you so much to Steve for inviting me to the Pelsall Evangelical Church for their Community Hub warm space get-together.
I had lovely time chatting with everyone and was made to feel very welcome. These sessions are held every Thursday from 12 pm – 3 pm throughout the winter months, and they are doing a fantastic job welcoming the whole community in for hot drinks and food.
While this can be a very happy time of year for many, for some, it is also one of the hardest. Hubs such as this provide more than just warmth; they provide a vital sense of belonging and support that truly makes a difference.
I had a lovely time catching up with local Pelsall residents and chatting with Pastor Tim , Steve Hope and the team of dedicated staff and volunteers.
Thank you for all you do! I look forward to visiting again in the New Year. Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas!
