I had a brilliant time yesterday at the Collingwood Centre for their annual Christmas Lunch get-together. It was wonderful to catch up with so many local residents and key representatives from our community groups. It was also a pleasure to see the Mayor of Walsall and our Pheasey Park Farm – Councillors.
We were treated to some fantastic entertainment with a Neil Diamond tribute playing all the classics to get us all in the festive spirit.
The Christmas dinner was absolutely delicious (and in my book, it’s never too early for a turkey dinner!). A huge thank you to Joanne for the kind invitation. I hope all the dedicated staff and volunteers have a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year!
