It was good to see the Brownhills Canal Festival back at the weekend.
There was an excellent turnout of boats, floating stalls, Canalside stalls and even a work horse from Brookhouse Shires and it was a great opportunity to catch up with so many residents.
The Lichfield and Hatherton Canal Restoration Trust is a volunteer-led charity and deserve our thanks for once again organising the event.
