It was lovely to be invited to Aldridge School recently to an evening reunion concert with pupils past and present to celebrate the magnificent achievement of Richard Mason, Nick Turner and Helen Bailey who collectively have worked together at Aldridge School for 100 years, bringing the joy of music to pupils, parents and the wider community.
I really enjoyed the evening and the fabulous collection of music, which included many firm favourites of mine, it was a pleasure to attend and I would like to extend my thanks to all those involved, but particularly to Richard, Nick and Helen for their dedication and service over so many years.
