I was alerted to the fact that there had been another accident on the Chester Road near the Lazy Hill junction.
As a result of this I have once again written to the Chief Executive of Walsall Borough Council to call for action at this junction to improve road safety.
People will be aware that I have for some time wholeheartedly supported Jayne Preston’s campaign to improve enhanced safety measures on Chester Road at Lazy Hill.
It is clear just how busy the area is and there needs to be some concerted action to ensure that this junction is improved for the benefit of the whole community.
