It is always good to be out and about across my Aldridge-Brownhills constituency, but I was particularly pleased last week to make a return visit to the Aldridge Transport Museum, along with West Midlands Mayor Andy Street.
The museum is a valuable community asset which for over 40-years has allowed us to preserve the heritage and legacy of road transport vehicles from across the West Midlands.
Andy and I were delighted to visit the Museum and also meet the volunteers who work so hard to maintain this wonderful collection of vehicles.
Let me take this opportunity to thank all of the volunteers for their hard work and diligence to preserve our past and allow our local community to honour its future.
