Miller Homes have now formally submitted their Environmental Impact Assessment for potential development of 350 homes on our Green Belt at Yorks Bridge in Pelsall.
I want to reassure residents that this is not the formal planning application, but a technical assessment undertaken as part of the process.
I will of course update residents if and when a formal planning application is lodged and please be assured of my continued support to object to this development and all proposed developments on our precious Green Belt.
