I was delighted to join Peter Godridge at the new ladies only exercise centre which has opened at Pelsall Village Centre. The Friendly Gym is a small and cosy environment where people can exercise at their own pace, whilst receiving personal attention and support.
It was certainly an experience testing some of the equipment! I wish Peter and his team every success with their latest venture.
It was also a pleasure to once again visit Pelsall Village Centre, which is a valuable community resource that continues to go from strength to strength.
