It was great to meet up with David and Sally Miller on a recent visit to The James Brindley Foundation and hear more about their inspiring climb.
Together with their son in law Scott they have set themselves this extraordinary and brave challenge, and on Friday 25th October they will fly out to Kathmandu, Nepal for the first leg of their trek to the Mount Everest base camp.
On what will undoubtedly be an incredible test of mental and physical endurance they will cover a total of eighty miles, rising to 17,598 feet with plummeting temperatures.
Good luck to you all – we wish you well and look forward to hearing all about it on your return.
