Measles cases are on the rise across the country, with the West Midlands being particularly affected. Luckily, the most effective prevention method is readily available: MMR immunisation.
After two doses, it can provide up to 99% protection against the disease. For those with concerns about gelatine or animal content, there are options available with neither.
Measles is an extremely contagious disease, and just one unvaccinated child can infect up to nine others. To ensure the safety of our classrooms and communities, it’s crucial that you verify that you and your children have both MMR doses immunised.
