| Details for the next round of cost-of-living payments were announced by The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) last week, with low-income houses set to receive new Cost of Living Payments from Spring 2023.
These payments, initially unveiled in the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement, could provide low-income households with up to £1,350 from the Government in 2023/4 to help with the cost of living. I’m pleased that this extra cash will be available to support the most vulnerable across Aldridge-Brownhills, including extra support for disabled people and the elderly.
