| It was lovely to meet Peter, Bob and Chris of the Lichfield and Hatherton Canal in Brownhills last week.
The Trust do magnificent work to promote canal restoration locally and as we walked along to Catshill Junction and Ogley Junction they updated me on their projects and plans for the Lichfield & Hatherton Canal. The work of the Lichfield and Hatherton Canal is only made possible because of the considerable support from volunteers who work tirelessly to preserve this important part of our heritage and enhance it for the benefit of a new generation of enthusiasts. |
