A Potential Development of 600 homes on our Green Belt!
Taylor Wimpey have now formally submitted their Environmental Impact Assessment for potential development of 600 homes on our Green Belt at land west of Chester Road, north of Little Hardwick Road, Streetly.
I want to reassure residents that this is not the formal planning application, but a technical assessment undertaken as part of the process.
I will of course update residents if and when a formal planning application is lodged and please be assured of my continued support to object to this development and all proposed developments on our precious Green Belt.
