I was delighted to be able to attend Tuesday’s event in Parliament to mark the 20th Anniversary of Cancer Research UK.
It was brilliant to hear first-hand about some of the breath-taking developments in cancer research that have occurred over recent years and some of the challenges to come.
Cancer Research UK is a remarkable charity that does such vital work, and I will do all I can to ensure the charity has the tools it needs to continue the important work they do.
Uniting to beat cancer has never been more important.
