Good to visit Shire Oak Quarry at the weekend and hear about the local minerals, waste, construction, and haulage industries.
It was interesting to also learn more about how the quarry supports local development and job opportunities, and to see some of the land restoration and nature recovery, south of the Lichfield Road.
