On Safer Internet Day the Government announced its intention to strengthen the proposed Online Safety Bill to include a new legal duty to require all sites that publish pornography to put in place robust checks to ensure that all users are 18 or over.

  • Our children will be given greater protections
  • Websites will be forced to prevent underage access
  • A new scheme of fines for pornography providers who fail to adhere to the rules
