With Parliament in recess, it was a good opportunity to join Councillor Lorna Rattigan and dedicated volunteers at their litter pick this week across Shelfield and High Heath.
The Community Hub at High Heath and local residents do a great job of helping the local community on a number of fronts and I was also pleased to hear that plans are in the pipeline for the forthcoming Coronation celebrations.
I look forward to seeing ‘H’ and Jodie everyone again very soon.
Lorna and I then continued our spring clean in Shelfield.
