Recently I visited the Refugee and Migrant Centre in Walsall.
It was good to meet the team in Walsall and to learn about the wide range of work they do to support Refugees and Migrants across the Walsall Borough. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet with recent arrivals from Afghanistan and Ukraine and good to hear how the resettlement scheme has worked in our area with the level of support made available to those in need. I look forward to having the opportunity to visit again in the future.
