Last Friday the red carpet was rolled out at Aldridge Youth Theatre for a fantastic musical extravaganza.
The charity evening was organised by The Rotary Club of Aldridge and we were entertained by the talented and renowned Aldridge School Orchestra and Swing Band who had us singing along to a wonderful array of tunes including an impressive Eighties Flashback, Latin Gold, and Meatloaf Hits.
They were joined on stage by the amazing Our Choir, who sang an impressive range of songs – that included audience participation in a Sing-along! I think it’s fair to say we all enjoyed joining in with Sweet Caroline!
We are so fortunate to have the Youth Theatre as a venue on our doorstep and so many committed and talented people who give their time to organise and take part in events such as this. Thank you all!
