It’s always great to see local businesses working together to provide convenient services for customers, especially for a growing market.
I was therefore keen to see for myself the new Post Office Drop and Collect system at the Co-op in Clayhanger. This system allows customers to drop off their parcels and packages for delivery or collection at a time that is convenient for them (07:00-22:00).
It’s really encouraging to see businesses adapting to changing customer needs and this type of collaboration and customer-focussed approach is what makes local communities thrive.
