Earlier in the week I was able to attend Party Conference in Birmingham.
It was a good opportunity to have meetings, raise awareness of local issues and of course meet a large cross section of representatives from organisations and charities.
As a Dementia friend I was pleased to be able to meet the Alzheimer’s Society. I also met with Marie Curie UK, Guide Dogs UK, Cancer Research UK, People’s Postcode Lottery, and the RNIB to name a few.
And no visit would be complete with out dropping by the Back British Farming NFU.
