Last week Parliament was in recess and so it was a good opportunity to be out and about across the constituency meeting with residents and holding a number of my Pop-Up MP Surgeries. I was also pleased to be able to drop in to some of our local friendship groups and coffee mornings that were taking place.
From discussions about Aldridge Train Station, which I am continuing to push the Government on and will update residents as soon as I know more – to the need to keep Aldridge Police Station which I continue to campaign to retain – to the proposed Constituency Boundary Changes – and many other national, local and personal issues.
As always it was a productive time and I enjoying meeting residents whilst out and about – but please do remember you can always also contact me and my team via wendy.morton.mp@parliament.uk or via the office on 01922 452228
