Recently in Parliament, I expressed my gratitude for the opportunity to join the Aldridge and Brownhills neighbourhood teams during Neighbourhood Policing Week. I want to give a special shout-out to our local neighbourhood police for their dedication and hard work.
I also highlighted the importance of neighbourhood policing hubs in these areas. This is why I am fighting to prevent the closure of Aldridge Police Station and advocating for a moratorium on any such closures, particularly since the PCC role is coming to an end in just a few months.
