After a quick stop off at my office we were back out again and headed to St Anne’s Primary School in Streetly who were also taking part in the Football Association’s #LetGirlsPlay Biggest Ever Football Session.
The pitch was full of enthusiasm and energy as the girls played their matches, with some great cheerleading from the side lines.
With over 2000 schools signed up to this initiative it was good to see so many of our local schools involved, creating this opportunity to inspire more girls to play football, and the next generation of Lionesses.
