This week is Mental Health Awareness Week.

Mental health problems can affect anyone and Mental Health Awareness Week it is a good time to have a chat with a friend, family member or colleague and have a think about our own wellbeing too. Sadly 1 in 4 people are affected by mental health issues and for too long these issues were kept under the radar.

During Mental Health Awareness Week, let’s all commit to end the stigma, and to support each other to lead happy and healthy lives.
