Not so long ago, I had the pleasure of meeting John Fogarty from JPF First Aid at Friends of Streetly Library. John was holding a drop in session on mental health and wellbeing.
I was keen to learn more and arranged to meet him alongside Cllr Kerry Murphy in my office. We discussed the importance of mental health wellbeing and raising awareness. He holds regular drop-in sessions, and his link is: JPF First Aid.
