Knowing that a number of my constituents have raised the issue of leasehold properties with me I raised the matter in Parliament this week during a debate on proposed legislation on leasehold and freehold reform.
I called upon the Government to end the scourge of Ground Rents on leasehold flats, reform the archaic process for Leasehold Extensions, and tackle the abuse of Service Charges.
