I was delighted to take part in last weekend’s Christmas Tree Festivals. Congratulations to all of the organisers at both Aldridge Methodist Church and All Saints Parish Church Streetly.
The inspirational designs and wonderful decorations were once again of a very high standard and demonstrated the creativity of all of the businesses, churches, voluntary groups and schools who once again participated in this successful initiative.
This year as part of the VOTE 100 campaign to celebrate Women’s Suffrage I decorated my tree in an array of purple, green and white and even a suffragette lady, to mark this important milestone in our country’s history.
