To mark Carers Week 2020 I want to celebrate health and social care services across our community and recognise the vital contribution made by carers across Aldridge-Brownhills. This year it is more important than ever to highlight the enormous contribution made by carers, who throughout the COVID-19 outbreak have played an essential role supporting others who are older, disabled or seriously ill.
