Spotted last week – another fabulous Post Box Topper in Pelsall from the amazing Nikki Billard. I just had to share this!
Look and you will see some favourite characters from the Wizard of Oz skilfully created and worked into the topper. It’s also a great way to advertise the latest production from Pelsall Musical Society due to be staged in June.
