Had a terrific afternoon at Linking Lives Aldridge last week when Mo from Animals in Hands visited and literally brought the zoo to us and some animal encounters with a difference!
I never imagined for one minute that I would be getting so close to a Python!
It was part of the excellent Holiday at Home programme, that Linking Lives Aldridge has been running this Summer at Aldridge Methodist Church. Activities have included a Games Morning. Musical Entertainment, Book Mark Making, Fish & Chips and much more and is part of their broader befriending service and support.
Elaine, Anne and the fantastic team of volunteers deserve a shout out for all the work they do to support and organise these and other activities throughout the year for the benefit of the community. Thank you for inviting me.
