I was delighted to be able to attend an event hosted by animal welfare charities and groups. The event was supporting a campaign for the Animal Welfare (Kept Animals) Bill and to deliver much needed reform.
These include preventing live animal exports and ending loopholes exploited by puppy and kitten smugglers.
