A number of residents contacted me regarding a planning application for a 5G mast at the corner of Tynings Lane and Birmingham Road in Aldridge.
I therefore met with local residents last week to hear their views on the Planning Application and have now written to Walsall Council to register my objections. I urge others to share their views too.
Residents are rightly concerned that the location of the proposed mast has not been adequately accessed due to its proximity to houses and schools. The lack of public consultation carried out with local residents has also been apparent with the petition and feedback I have received.
I hope that due consideration is given to the points raised by residents during the application process.
